Georgia Football: ***FREE AT LAST, FREE AT LAST!***, Where Did We Leave Off?, Gurley Supporting #FreeGurley – Daily Dose of Dawg (TG3 Edition)
“I want to thank the University, coaches, teammates, and the Bulldog Nation for their patience and support. I take full responsibility for the mistakes I made, and I can’t thank the University, my coaches, and teammates enough for supporting me throughout this process. I’m looking forward to getting back on the field with my teammates.” – Todd Gurley
It was announced this morning that UGA has presented its case on Todd Gurley to the NCAA, and all signs point to him returning for the Florida game.
Georgia could probably still beat Florida with Brendan Douglas lining up at quarterback and running the Wild Dawg every play, but it will still be nice to get #3 back and watch him terrorize Muschamp one last time. Now I won’t go so far as to say I’m glad Gurley got suspended, but I think this team did grow A LOT in his absence, and that could pay big dividends down the road.
Story on Gurley here.
